Description: 
At 150 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles south of Douglas City, or 11 miles east of Hayfork, moving north at 10 mph. HAZARD...Half inch size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Weaverville, Hayfork, Douglas City and Lewiston.
Instruction: 
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening weather conditions. This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service. Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
