mph expected.
* WHERE...Death Valley National Park and Owens Valley.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds in the Owens Valley are
expected mainly along and west of the US-395 corridor.
