HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 30 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. * This includes the following highways... Interstate 90 in Idaho between mile markers 18 and 51. U.S. Highway 95 in Idaho between mile markers 362 and 422. Locations impacted include...
