* At 151 PM PDT, a dust channel was near Plummer, or 13 miles west of
St. Maries, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess
of 30 mph.

IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

Interstate 90 in Idaho between mile markers 18 and 51.
U.S. Highway 95 in Idaho between mile markers 362 and 422.

Wardner, Parkline, Fourth Of July Pass, Worley, Tensed, Medimont,
Kingston, Chatcolet, Santa, Wolf Creek Campground, Emida, St. Joe,
Sanders, and Huckleberry Campground.
Instruction:
Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving
conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in
dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep
your foot off the brake.
