At 210 PM PDT, a dust channel was 19 miles south of Cheney, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Near zero visibility with strong wind gusts in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Trained weather spotters reported zero to one-quarter visibility 7 miles northwest of Ritzville at 140 PM. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel. This includes the following highways... Interstate 90 in Washington between mile markers 205 and 254. U.S. Highway 395 in Washington between mile markers 90 and 96. Locations impacted include... Ritzville, Sprague, Lamont, Marcellus, Marengo, Tokio, Revere, Packard, and Schoonover.
