Madison County in Big Bend Florida... * Until midnight EDT. * At 859 PM EDT, National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated extreme winds, associated with the eyewall of Hurricane Helene, were moving onshore 39 miles southeast of Carrabelle, moving north at 35 mph.
