Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen over the last 3 hours, with over an inch of that having fallen in the last hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area over the next 1 to 2 hours. This area also saw heavy rains earlier this morning.
