* At 927 AM EDT, Local law enforcement reported several roads have
been closed in Johnson County due to flooding. Flash flooding is
already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Unicoi, Glade Spring, Damascus, Doeville, Neva, Sadie, Shady

College and Limestone Cove.
Instruction:
In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
