Southeastern York County in upstate South Carolina...
* Until 700 PM EDT.
* At 413 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated more tropical thunderstorms
producing heavy rain continue to develop northward into the I-77
corridor. So far today, 3.5 to 5 inches of rain has fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly...especially throughout the greater Rock Hill and Fort
Mill areas.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Fort Lawn, Richburg, Catawba, Carowinds, Lake Wylie and Edgemoor.
Instruction:
