Unicoi County in east Tennessee...
* Until 200 PM EDT.
* At 1151 AM EDT, emergency management reported flash flooding
continues. Roads are washed out and water rescues continue in the
town of Unicoi and in Roan Village. Flooding impacts will
continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding
is already occurring.
This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Roan Village and Unicoi. This
is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
