across the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
Buildings are being inundated with water in Hampton, and rescue
operations are ongoing in Embreeville.
This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Embreeville and Hampton. This
is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!
