Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Creeks and streams remain near or above bank full, and numerous flooded roads remain closed. This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Trade. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW! HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
