* At 243 PM EDT, emergency management reported flash flooding across
the warned area. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional
rainfall is expected. Water rescues are ongoing in Damascus.
This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Damascus and Holston. This is
a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!
