* At 247 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
5 and 10 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already
occurring.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.
