* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of western North Carolina, including the following county, Graham. * WHEN...Until 430 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 220 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area, along tributaries of Tallulah Creek and Cheoah River, such as Deep and Snowbird Creeks. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
