* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of western North Carolina, including the following counties, Jackson and Transylvania. * WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 428 PM EDT, Blossoming heavy rainfall will overspread the advisory area resulting in rapid rises within the Chatooga, Whitewater and Toxaway River headwaters.
