* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of northeast Georgia, including the following county, Rabun and upstate South Carolina, including the following county, Oconee. * WHEN...Until 730 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 550 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain had diminished in the advisory area but elevated runoff and local out of bank conditions will linger in select tributaries of Upper Chattooga such as Warwoman Creek and the Chauga River. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
