* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of upstate South Carolina, including the following counties, Greenville and Pickens. * WHEN...Until 1030 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 439 AM EDT, Training storms were producing heavy rainfall over northern Greenville and Pickens Counties. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen, with another wave of heavy rainfall imminent. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Your message should describe the specific location where impacts occurred and the depth of flooding observed. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
