* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of western North Carolina, including the following counties, Burke, Caldwell and McDowell. * WHEN...Until 900 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 659 AM EDT, As it continues to rain this morning, falling heavy at times, expect elevated flows to continue all across the upper Catawba headwaters. Continue to watch for flooding of low lying areas along streams such as Wilson Creek and the Johns River, as well as along the Linville River drainage. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Blowing Rock In Caldwell County, Table Rock, B.R.
