Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of upstate South Carolina, including the
following counties, Greenville and Pickens.
* WHEN...Until 1230 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 938 AM EDT, As a result of last night's and this morning's
heavy tropical rainfall, high water conditions and elevated
stream and river flows were ongoing. Continue to be wary of
low-spot flooding along the Saluda, Reedy, Enoree and Tyger
River drainages. If heavier rainfall develops as expected
later on, a Flash Flood Warning may be needed.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
