Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of upstate South Carolina, including the
following counties, Oconee and Pickens.
* WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1018 AM EDT, Lingering high water conditions and elevated
stream and river levels will be seen into the afternoon
thanks to ongoing runoff from last night's and this morning.
Elevated flows will continue to work though smaller drainages
then lakes. Continue to watch for flooding of low-lying
areas today.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
