* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of upstate South Carolina, including the
following county, Laurens.
* WHEN...Until 230 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1109 AM EDT, Heavy tropical rain will be overspreading
Laurens County into early afternoon with rainfall totals
nearing 2.5 inches in spots. Watch for developing flooding
of low-lying areas, poor drainage areas and rapid rises on
many creeks in the area,
