* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of upstate South Carolina, including the
following county, Laurens.
* WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 212 PM EDT, Tropical rainfall across Laurens County had
added up to around 2 inches so far today. Continue to
monitor for developing flooding of low-lying areas, poor
drainage areas and rapid rises on many creeks in the area.
This advisory may be upgraded to a Flash Flood Warning if
upstream heavy rainfall materializes.
