* WHAT...Flooding caused by lingering runoff is occurring. * WHERE...A portion of western North Carolina, including the following counties, Macon and Swain. * WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 609 PM EDT, Out of bank conditions along the Little Tennessee River will continue into the night.
