Description: 
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Caguas, Gurabo and San Lorenzo. * WHEN...Until 1015 PM AST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 953 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. At this time, Rio Cayaguas and Rio Grande de Loiza in San Lorenzo remain at flood stage, but gradually decreasing.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
