* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Palo Duro Canyon State Park area. * WHEN...Until 630 AM CST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 317 AM CST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Palo Duro Canyon State Park is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
