* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Areas near Cazadero and Guerneville in central Sonoma County. * WHEN...Until 130 PM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas as well as rises in small streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 748 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicates moderate to heavy rain. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen over the last 2 to 3 hours. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the next 3 to 6 hours. This additional rain will result in minor flooding of mostly creeks, streams, and poor drainage areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Rural, unpaved roads may also become muddy and impassable. Find an alternate route!
