Description:
* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...All of Marin, Sonoma, and Napa Counties.
* WHEN...Until 315 AM PST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 723 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain. This is causing urban and small stream
flooding. Between 3 and 12 inches of rain have fallen.
- Green Valley Road near Sebastopol, Trenton Healdsburg Road
near Forestville, and Mark West Station Road near Windsor are
the most likely place to experience minor flooding and are
closed due to water over the roadway. Additional rainfall
amounts of 2 to 7 inches are expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Windsor, American Canyon, Mill Valley, San Anselmo, Larkspur,
Healdsburg, Sonoma, Corte Madera, Tiburon, Cloverdale,
Fairfax, Sebastopol, Cotati and Sausalito.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
