* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northwest California, including the following counties, southern Humboldt and Mendocino. * WHEN...Until 330 PM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Overflowing poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 120 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen and heavy rainfall rates up to 0.35 inches per hour are being recorded. - Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding and the situation may evolve to a greater flood threat later today. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
