* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of central and northwest California, including the following counties, in central California, Lake. In northwest California, Mendocino. * WHEN...Until 1000 AM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 750 AM PST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
