Description:
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of central and northern California, including the
following counties, in central California, Placer. In northern
California, Amador, Butte, Colusa, El Dorado, Nevada, Sacramento,
Solano, Sutter, Yolo and Yuba.
* WHEN...Until 900 PM PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 325 PM PST, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in
the advisory area. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding.
- Exercise caution during the afternoon commute. Never drive
through flooded roadways.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Sacramento, Elk Grove, Roseville, Fairfield, Vacaville,
Citrus Heights, Folsom, Davis, Rocklin, Woodland, Auburn,
Grass Valley, Marysville, Placerville, Jackson, Carmichael,
Fair Oaks, El Dorado Hills, Rumsey and Cameron Park.

Instruction:
