* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of central and northern California, including the following counties, in central California, Placer. In northern California, Amador, Butte, Colusa, El Dorado, Nevada, Sacramento, Solano, Sutter, Yolo and Yuba. * WHEN...Until midnight PST tonight. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 854 PM PST, California Highway Patrol law enforcement continued to report heavy rain in the advisory area with numerous reports of roadway flooding in and around the Sacramento Metro Area. - Exercise caution during the afternoon commute. Never drive through flooded roadways. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
