* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following county, Tehama. * WHEN...Until 900 AM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 117 AM PST, California Highway Patrol reported roadway flooding along portions Highway 99 from Chico to Red Bluff. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. - The heaviest precipitation has moved further east, but excess runoff may still result in roadway flooding and rises in small streams. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
