* WHAT...Flooding along Gills Creek will continue into the early evening hours from Forest Acres downstream to I-77 and Bluff Road. Gills Creek at Devine Street has crested, but the creek continues to rise downstream toward I-77 and Bluff Road. The creek will gradually fall overnight. * WHERE...A portion of central South Carolina, including the following county, Richland. * WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 736 PM EDT, Flooding is occurring along Gills Creek in the warned area due the heavy rain that fell during the day. Rainfall totals between 3 and 7 inches fell over the Gills Creek watershed. - Additional rainfall from one quarter inch up to one half inch is possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
