Ochlockonee River near Havana (US 27) affecting Leon and Gadsden Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Ochlockonee River near Havana (US 27). * WHEN...From Friday evening until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 31.0 feet, Iron Bridge Road (CR-153) in Gadsden County is prone to flooding just north of the river crossing. Residences several miles downstream of the gage site near US-90 on the Leon County side will have water in their backyards. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 16.8 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage tomorrow evening to 26.3 feet early Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Saturday morning to 25.1 feet Sunday morning. It will rise above flood stage again Sunday afternoon to 31.0 feet early Tuesday morning.
