* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of central South Carolina, including the following county, Richland. * WHEN...Until 1230 PM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1216 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional heavy rainfall is possible in the warned area tonight and through the morning. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Columbia and Forest Acres. - This includes Interstate 77 near mile marker 6. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
