DeKalb Counties.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...South River at Forrest Park Road at Atlanta.
* WHEN...From this morning until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 15 feet, Flood stage is reached. Minor flooding will
occur in the woodlands and natural flood plain of the river
upstream and downstream from the gage on Forest Park Road.
