* IMPACTS...At 17 feet, Minor flooding begins. City Hall...Police...
and Fire Departments get some minor water into edge of parking lot.

- At 9:00 AM EDT Friday /8:00 AM CDT Friday/ the stage was 7.4
feet and rising.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon to a crest of 17.3 feet this afternoon. It
will then fall below flood stage late tonight.
