Shoal Creek at Columbia Drive near Atlanta affecting DeKalb
County.
For the South River Basin...including Atlanta, Atlanta, Decatur,
Decatur, Atlanta, Decatur, Lithonia, Atlanta, Lithonia, Lithonia,
Conyers, Flippen, Snapping Shoals...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate is expected.
* WHERE...Shoal Creek at Columbia Drive near Atlanta.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 13 feet, Moderate flooding begins. Significant
flooding will expand into the woodlands upstream and downstream
from the gage on Columbia Drive. The water level will be close to
the bottom of the bridge.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
