* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northwest North Carolina, including the
following county, Yadkin.
* WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 206 PM EDT, Heavy rainfall over the past 2 days has
resulted in major flooding along the Yadkin River in Wilkes,
Surry and Yadkin Counties. Extensive flooding along the
Yadkin River is expected further downstream along the border
of Yadkin and Forsyth Counties.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
