For the Conasauga River Basin...including Dalton...Minor flooding is
forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding will continue.
* WHERE...Coahulla Creek at Keiths Mill Road near Dalton.
* WHEN...Until early Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 18 feet, Minor flooding expands into the pastures...
fields and woodlands upstream and downstream from the Keiths Mill
Road bridge.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:00 PM EDT Friday the stage was 16.1 feet and rising.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.3
feet late Saturday evening. It will then fall below flood
stage Sunday evening.
- Flood stage is 16 feet.
