* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive runoff is expected. * WHERE...A portion of upstate South Carolina, including the following county, York. * WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of select rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 439 PM EDT, Ongoing runoff through the Catawba River, and throughout and downstream of Lake Wylie will continue into the night. Elevated river levels on the Catawba River proper will continue to result in flooding of low lying locations such as Piedmont Medical Trail, Herrons Ferry Road, and locations near Riverside Drive and Pump Station Road. Tributataries in this area, such as Alison, Big Dutchman and Wildcat Creeks will gradually return to within their banks throughout the evening. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
