Byron, Clinchfield, Abbeville, McRae, Scotland, Lumber City...
Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. This approaches the flood of
record.
* WHERE...Turnpike Creek near McRae.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 10 feet, Flood stage is reached. Minor flooding of
woodlands and fields begins upstream and downstream from the gage
on U S Highways 441 or 319 south of McRae.
