Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of upstate South Carolina, including the
following counties, Oconee and Pickens.
* WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 625 PM EDT, Excessive runoff continued to work it's way
through the Saluda and Lake Hartwell drainages. Flooding on
low-lying areas near the Saluda River and select tributaries
will likely continue all night. Runoff through the Twelve
and Eighteen mile Creek basins will also continue. Flooded
locales near greater Clemson, Pendleton and Sandy Springs
area near 18 Mile creek will linger. In the 12 mile basin,
scattered bridge flooding will only be very slow to recede
tonight.

Instruction:
