* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive runoff continues.
* WHERE...A portion of upstate South Carolina, including the
following counties, Abbeville, Greenwood and Laurens.
* WHEN...Until 845 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from
earlier rainfall, and larger rivers such as the Enoree and Saluda
will be in flood all night.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 642 PM EDT, Gage reports along the Saluda and Enoree
Rivers continued to rise.

Instruction:
