Apalachicola River at Woodruff L&D affecting Jackson, Liberty,
Gadsden and Calhoun Counties.

Apalachicola River near Blountstown affecting Gulf, Liberty,
Calhoun and Franklin Counties.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Apalachicola River at Woodruff L&D.
* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 64.0 feet, South River Landing road in River Junction
in Gadsden County floods at this level. Minor lowland flooding
along Mosquito Creek continues between the Mainstreet Bridge and
the Apalachicola River.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 PM EDT Friday /8:00 PM CDT Friday/ the stage was 58.3
feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon and continue rising to 63.7 feet
Wednesday evening.
- Flood stage is 63.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
63.8 feet on 01/05/2017.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
