Kinchafoonee Creek near Preston (SR 41) affecting Webster and Terrell Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Kinchafoonee Creek near Preston (SR 41). * WHEN...Until tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Low lying areas and river access roads will flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM EDT Friday the stage was 7.2 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:00 PM EDT Friday was 7.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 7.4 feet just after midnight tonight.
