Many mobile homes flood along Museum Circle. Several businesses will flood near the Flint River near Upper Riverdale Road and Arrowhead Boulevard. Flooding of Upper Riverdale Road will cut off access to Southern Regional Hospital. Several roads will flood including Upper Riverdale Road...Arrowhead Boulevard...
