Towaliga River at GA 83 near Juliette affecting Monroe County.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...Towaliga River at GA 83 near Juliette.
* WHEN...From early this morning until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor flooding of woodlands in the natural
flood plain begins along the river. Low lying areas of Byars
Road...downstream and right bank from the gage on Monticello
Highway or Georgia Highway 83 will begin to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
