* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...Little Ocmulgee River at GA 149 at Scotland.
* WHEN...From early this morning until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flood stage is reached. Minor flooding of
the wooded wetlands occurs upstream and downstream from the gage
on Georgia Highway 149.
