For the Conasauga River Basin...including Dalton...Minor flooding is
forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and forecast.
* WHERE...Coahulla Creek at Keiths Mill Road near Dalton.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor flooding begins. Pasture and fields
upstream...right and left bank from the Keiths Mill Road bridge...
and downstream on the left bank begin to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:15 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 16.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 2:15 AM EDT Saturday was 16.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river has crested and will continue a slow
fall through the morning.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
